The Transcend 230S 4TB 2.5 Inch SATA III SSD adds more capacity to your system "Transcend internal SSD. This 2.5 "Solid-state drive has a SATA III 6Gb/s interface with reading and writes rates of up to 560 MB/s and 520 MB/s, respectively. With an SSD, you can start up and load programs in seconds. Furthermore, because this drive is only 6.8mm in height, it is compatible with desktops and most laptops, delivering a performance increase. The SSD230 includes a DDR3 DRAM cache to boost read and write performance. On 4K random read and write tests, it can achieve up to 340 MB/s. Its SATA III 6 Gb/s interface allows it to attain read and write speeds of up to 560 MB/s and 520 MB/s for non-4K material. Transcend's SSD Scope software, which is available as an extra download, allows you to monitor the drive's health using S.M.A.R.T technology, enable the TRIM command for faster write rates, maintain the drive's firmware up to date, and even migrate data from your old drive to a new one. The Transcend 230S 4TB SSD comes with a 05-years warranty.
